Greetings!
Welcome to Lawton Chiles Elementary School, home of the He-Coons! I'm truly honored to serve as your principal, and I look forward to an incredible school year filled with growth, discovery, and success. Before coming to you, I had the privilege of serving as a principal for three years and an assistant principal for three years. I've also gained valuable experience as a dean, behavior specialist, instructional coach, ESE teacher, and elementary school teacher. This diverse background allows me to approach our students' needs from many different perspectives, and I am excited to get to know each of them.

Together with our families and the community, we empower students with a superior academic experience, essential life skills, and boundless opportunities. Our dedicated team of experienced educators is committed to building meaningful relationships with every student, fostering an environment where they feel valued, supported, and challenged.
We know a strong partnership between school and home is crucial for student success, and we encourage open communication and collaboration.
